Put the Weights Away
Just a public service announcement from your (hopefully) shrinking host. If you’re working out, and the exercises involve free weights, do yourself a favor and put them away when you’re done. Because trust me when I tell you, if you just leave them at the edge of your living room floor to wait for your next workout, at some point you will need to walk close to them. And you just might accidentally kick one and hurt your little toes. Compared to a 3 or 5 lb weight, your toes don’t stand a chance. Just so you know… I wouldn’t know from experience or anything.
